Enrollment Information
If your student is a returning student to Cole Arts & Sciences Academy
- Parents of returning students do not need to bring any documentation unless your family has moved. Then CASA will need a proof of address.
- ECE 4 year olds will need to complete the choice application to choose Cole for Kindergarten
- 5th Grade students will need to complete the choice application to choose a DPS middle school
If your student will be a new student at Cole Arts & Sciences Academy
Fill out a Choice application for the current or following School year at
Schoolchoice@dpsk12.org
- Please bring your child's:
- Birth certificate
- Immunizations
- Proof of address
- Copy of lease agreement
- Utility bill (water, electricity, showing service address)
- Denver County tax notice
- Warranty deed
- Bill of sale
- Settlement statement from closing or a signed contract stating your name, closing date and property address.

- Available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Somali in order to serve the vast majority of DPS families

Proper school supplies ensure that every child is prepared to learn & succeed in the classroom. At Cole, we purchase all school supplies and ask that families contribute to the cost of the supplies.
